A 1 hour, one-to-one Zoom call to run through any questions you have about any aspect of Mailchimp. We can share screens if needed.
Cost: £180 - payable at the time of booking.
Before the appointment I will send you an access permission request so that we can make most of our time together.
Please note:
This appointment type will NOT include a pre-session check of your account and will NOT be recorded. It is only sufficient for relatively simple matters and questions. If you would like more in-depth help, to take advantage of the pre-session account healthcheck, and/or for the session to be recorded and send to you to refer back to, please book a Mailchimp Two Hour “super-session” 1-2-1 instead.
Suitable for up to 3 people from the same organisation working on the same Mailchimp account.

a health-check and mini-audit of your Mailchimp account to spot issues and familiarise myself with it.
a 2 hour training consultation paced and tailored to your specific needs, questions, issues, level of knowledge and confidence. This is done live within your Mailchimp account and will be recorded.
a summary of the key issues, recommendations, action points and next steps, which is sent to you afterwards with the recording.
