If you’re stuck with a problem, have a few questions or need to be walked through how something works on your own account, then a two-hour Mailchimp 1-2-1 session will help.
We’ll spend 2 hours together on Zoom where we can share screens, talk through the issues and sort out smaller things live. It also includes a pre-call check of your account so that we can make the most of our time together. The call will be recorded and sent to you to refer back to as well.
Please note that this session may not be sufficient for more complex issues, lots of questions or in-depth training but can be a good place to start, especially if you’re not sure exactly what your needs are. Please take a look at my custom help pages too.
